Moulded valve insulation and pipe support and marine moulding

All made from Polyisocyanurate foam which when moulded gives a dense smooth dust free outer surface.

PIR has one of the best thermal conductivity (k value) of any insulant. It is more than 50% more efficient than minimal fibres used in flexible mattresses.

It has a totally closed cell structure and is ideal for chilled water systems.

Mouldings give the product a dense outer skin that has good mechanical properties.

Easy to remove for maintenance. No special tools required, secure by VELCRO® Brand fastener straps.

GRP systems

These are either resin blends, polyester or vinyl ester where higher temperature resistance is required. Produced in thickness of 1.5mm with glass fibre veil and rovings.
